What is raindrop technique essential oil massage?

Raindrop Technique® Essential oil massage is a treat for your senses. Different from other massage techniques, it supports your overall wellbeing, improves your stress resilience and spinal alignment, and relaxes you deeply using reflexology & massage techniques with the aromatherapy of 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils.

Applying essential oils to the feet

start with your feet.

You begin your essential oil massage experience face-up, at your feet. Lydia aligns your body with a gentle heel tug and wiggle to help you relax before applying essential oils using Vitaflex points to the bottom of each foot.

Move to your back.

Once Lydia has finished massaging the oils onto your feet, you’ll turn over and she’ll get to work on your back. Each oil is feathered and fanned onto your back, followed by working the oils in using various techniques depending on the essential oil. After all the essential oils are applied, Lydia spends a few minutes getting into the more tense spots on your back, working those essential oils in a little deeper.

Finish face up.

Flip back over onto your back and finish out your Raindrop Technique® essential oil massage with a gentle occipital pull to further align and relax your spine.

Finally, take three deep breaths in and out, inhaling the healing scents of the essential oils.
